Chuan Park, a new luxury condominium along Lorong Chuan Avenue 3 was jointly developed by Kingsford Development Private Limited and MCC Singapore.

Kingsford Development Private Limited and MCC Singapore have a combined experience of many years in the real estate industry. MCC Singapore is a builder as well as a contractor.

Kingsford’s Singapore property portfolio includes Kingsford Hillview Peak and Kingsford Waterbay, as well as its latest development Normanton Park.

MCC Singapore has a number of properties in Singapore, including The Alps Residences and Canberra Residences. Other ongoing projects include One Bernam and Provence Residences.

Kingsford continued to keep a keen eye on the Singapore real estate market, and in July 2022 acquired Chuan Park through an enbloc deal for $890 millions with MCC Land. The site is capable of producing up to 900 different layouts.

MCC Land Singapore Private Limited, a property development company, was founded in 2010 in Singapore. Since then, it has developed 17 residential and commercial complexes as well as executive condominiums and private condominiums. China Jingye Engineering Corporation Limited, a BCA-registered contractor, helped build iconic projects such as Universal Studios Singapore and Resort World Sentosa.

Chuan Park has been given careful consideration, with proper planning of space to guarantee the quality end product.
